This policy explains how the Gochcar website, Portal and apps use cookies and similar technologies.
1. What they are
Cookies are small files saved on your device. We also use local storage and similar tools to remember choices and keep you signed in.
2. Which ones we use
- Strictly necessary: keep you signed in (session cookies set by the Portal and the Admin Panel), protect against attacks and remember your language. They cannot be switched off.
- Preferences: remember small choices, such as a dismissed reminder.
- Maps: map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap or from the map provider we activate, which may receive your IP address.
- Payments: our payment providers may set their own cookies on their secure checkout pages.
We do not use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
3. Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site (such as signing in) may stop working. Contact privacy@gochcar.com with any question.
